Spring Schedule
The practices are at Cain Middle School. These practices are open to girls of ALL ages and are where parents and players can go to learn about and practice girls lacrosse. The intention is to develop and recruit anygirls team (Kinder-12 grade)
Our goals here are competitive. For younger players and their parents it is a place to meet, learn the game, scrimmage and with sufficient players form teams.
Practice Schedule:
- Tuesday 4:30-6:30pm @ Williams Middle School
- Thursday 4:30-6:30pm @ Cain Middle School
- Sunday 2:30-4pm @ Cain Middle School
Don't worry if you can't make it by 4:30! We want you to come to practice anytime you can(preferably by 5:30)!! The first 30 minutes to an hour will be working on fundamentals & the last hour will be team drills.
All newcomers will receive basic instruction & technique work from our resident expert Paul Bovee so don't be shy about a lack of experience!
