Beginner Stick Clinic

Rockwall Girls Lacrosse and Rockwall-Heath Lacrosse will be hosting free beginner stick clinics. These clinics are open to anyone in the area including those outside of the RISD boundaries. If you are outside of the RISD boundary, we will help you connect with the program in your area.  

Stick clinics are open to all rising Kindergarten through 12th grade boys and girls in the area to come try the fastest sport on two feet!

Clinics will be hosted by coaching staff and high school players and we will have all necessary equipment including sticks, goggles and balls. Administrative staff will be available to speak with parents during the clinic to answer any questions you may have as well as provide a general overview of the sport, the seasons, the program, expected costs when registering, etc.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing. Cleats are not required, but if you have them it would be helpful. If not, athletic sneakers will be fine.
